About Us The Winking Cavy Store was established and is run by cavy lovers for the enjoyment of cavy and other animal lovers. Our aim is that customers are totally satisfied with purchases made from our store . | Shipping And HandlingOur shipping charges are as follows and are uniform for any address world wide at 1 item £2.95, 2 items or more £3.50 per order. Our normal method of delivery in the UK is Royal Mail, or for larger weight orders by Courier and Airmail when sending to other countries. UK residents who wish to choose Courier delivery can select this when completing orders, the shipping charge is £7.00 instead of the standard rate. To destinations outside the UK Air Mail is used which normally takes approx 3 days to adresses in Europe, and 5 - 7 days for other addresses. Airsure Express is available for faster delivery at an additional cost. | Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 10 days and often sooner. Please allow an additional 7 days for personalised rubber stamps and figurines which will be made from your order. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will send as soon as possible. If the delay is likely to be more than a 14 days you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges UK VAT is included in the price of items where appropriate. There will be no additions to invoices for tax. |

Credit cards are not charged by on-line processing - transactions are processed in our office after checking the invoice. |
